The bracelet I ordered came in 4 days early, and that's with the free shipping the site offers with purchases. USPS was the carrier, you can sign up for email updates for how the shipping progress is going. I got the women's personalized medical ID bracelet with stainless steel bar adjustable rope chain in pink, it came with a free medical info card to keep in your wallet. Cost 22.95. It's cute and looks durable and came in fast so all in all I give a 5 stars.

I like the bracelet because you can put as much information as you want to on it and they will give you a detailed summary when it is complete so you can't go wrong with completing your order. I also like how they do not take long to send you the merchandise and it will come in the mailbox. They also keep up with you via email so nothing should go wrong. The material is good quality and it doesn't rust. My first bracelet was ordered in 2019 and the only thing that has faded is the red painted outline over the emergency image. He has never come off and has never given me any problems and my skin is very sensitive. It doesn't irritate me or get caught on anything. Now for the children I advised to get the same type of material as adults because I did get him a bracelet that was rubber material and it popped twice. However they did understand and shipped me another one at no cost. Even after that they still were very polite. Now he has one with the metal stainless steel like minds and I have had no problems. We have many selections online as well. They also have many sizes and mine is a size 10 for the chain size. The one with the red still in the symbol is the new one I just got this year. As you can see they have made the chain thicker.

I ordered something from American Medical ID on Feb 28 and by Mar 12 no package had arrived! The package was never found so I wrote a negative review out of frustration. The owner answered the review and a service person ordered a replacement. I appreciate the replacement bracelet, which came within a reasonable amount of time. The product was as I had ordered and the quality is good. Thank you to the owner for addressing my orginal problem. I usually do not like to write negative reviews and thus, I have edited my original review so that future customers know that the owner will address you concerns and will make things right in the end. If you are looking at buying an allergy bracelet, I recommend the stainless steel model, which will hold up well over time.

We have ordered bracelets from American Medical ID for our son for 6 years now and love their options. He did have one break and they replaced it at no cost and rushed it. It had a month left on its warranty and he wore it everyday. We just changed from the silicon options to metal and are excited to see how it goes. Great customer service!

I was so happy that my necklace was mailed yesterday (8/27), but quite surprised it isn't expected to be here until 9/10/19. That's two weeks even though it was sent 1st Class Mail. The necklace is perfect! I'm glad I ordered the 27" chain because I have trouble with my fingers sometimes and it's long enough to put on and take off over my head. Thank you!!!

My ID was shipped really quickly and it arrived earlier than the estimated arrival date which was nice. It's engraved correctly and is very pretty, thankfully, since it's something I have to wear everyday. My only issue is that the bracelet is slightly big on me, but I'll either wear it loose and get used to it or take it to a jeweler and get it resized. I definitely would recommend them to anyone who needs a medical ID.

I've had this bracelet less than a month. I purchased it with a sterling silver coating and the back with my medical info is now tarnished and the silver has worn off and scratched so you can't read it. This product is garbage and if I want to have it fixed I have to pay for shipping with insurance in order to have it fixed under the 2 year warranty. I do not recommend these bracelets. UPDATE 10/30/19. I received a response from American Medical and they asked me to choose another bracelet with the coating they use for sterling silver. I choose one I liked although I preferred the original one and I received it within a week. At no cost to me they also sent a return label for my tarnished bracelet.
